Do I need to be a member to join your classes?

No — you can book any class on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, most of our clients choose a membership or trial to get the best value and consistency from their training.

What makes 360 Wellness different from a normal gym?

We focus on small, coach-led sessions with a maximum of 6 people per class. This means you get personalised attention, structured sessions, and real progress — without the crowds, confusion, or guesswork of a typical gym.

I’m a beginner — will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels, and with small group sizes, our coaches can adapt exercises to suit you. Whether you’re new to training or returning after a break, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

Not at all. Most of our members join because they want guidance, structure, and a better way to train. We meet you where you are and help you build from there.

What’s included in the 2-week trial?

Your 2-week trial gives you full access to everything we offer, including gym-based classes, Reformer & Mat Pilates, Yoga & Meditation.

How do I book a class?

The fastest and easiest way to book or cancel classes is via the 360 Wellness app. You’ll be able to view the full timetable and manage your bookings in just a few taps.

Can I use the gym outside of classes?

Yes — all members receive full gym access outside of class times at no extra cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start time and your credit will be returned to your account. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the credit being lost.

How busy do classes get?

We cap all classes at a maximum of 6 people to ensure a calm, focused, and personalised experience every time.

Do you have any joining fees or contracts?

No — we don’t believe in joining fees or long-term contracts. All memberships are monthly rolling, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

What if I’m recovering from an injury?

We offer physio-led classes and a personalised approach to training, making us a great option if you’re returning from injury.

How do I get started?

The best way to start is with our 2-week trial. You’ll be able to try different classes, meet the team, and experience the space before committing.
